About the Speaker
Following her passion for facilitating change in the way breastfeeding support is viewed in disasters and disaster relief, HopeAllyson Dwiggins traveled to Haiti after the 2010 earthquake to support breastfeeding mothers. Her experiences in Haiti, in addition to her training as a disaster relief worker, combined with over a decade of providing lay and professional breastfeeding support, make HopeAllyson a knowledgeable and informative speaker with an international perspective.

HopeAllyson Dwiggins, MLS, IBCLC, LLLL, is a private practice lactation consultant in the Greater Philadelphia area. She combines her knowledge of infant feeding in emergencies with her passion to change how breastfeeding support is viewed in the disaster relief field.
