About the Speaker

I have been conducting interviews, researching, and determining best practices for effective babies-at-work programs since 2005.  I have personally helped more than twenty-five organizations around the United States to start new, successful baby programs.

I have been interviewed about babies-at-work programs for numerous media pieces, including for Time Magazine, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Morning Edition on NPR, USA Today, People Magazine, the Boston Globe, The Australian, Redbook, Inc. Magazine, the Today Show, Fox Business Network, BBC television, BBC radio, and Ireland Public Radio.

I have also written two books about babies-at-work programs, Babies at Work: Bringing New Life to the Workplace and How to Start a Babies-at-Work Program.
