Amy Spangler

Amy Spangler earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Ohio State University and her master’s degree in maternal and child health from the University of Florida. She is a registered nurse (RN) as well as an international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC). Amy has served as president of the International Lactation Consultant Association and chair of the United States Breastfeeding Committee. She currently serves as a member of the adjunct faculty at Emory University School of Nursing and president of baby gooroo, a company dedicated to helping parents and babies grow. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, Dennis.
